About Davis:
Davis Barber was raised by bears on a farm east of northern Sacramento.  After a troubled childhood fitting in as a Cub Scout, he headed to Hollywood and lived the rock and roll dream, producing lighting shows for the famous bands of the Knack and Motels era in the LA Club scene. 

His band recorded one album with famed composer Jack Nitzsche.  On the charts it rose slowly and faded fast. But rather than return to the bears, Davis went to college and earned  a BA in photojournalism.  He later earned a Masters Degree in Communications.  He continues to play the role of “Ken Moore” in the performance art band, Rude Appliance.

In the years since he has photographed presidents, celebrities and dogs at the local shelter. Four years ago he shifted his business model to video production, seeing that the future of online communication was producing accurate and compelling stories, whether to advertise products and services, or simply relating stories that needed to be told.
